Privacy Policy

How Cybermonck collects, uses and protects your personal data, under Swedish law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Last updated: 7 August 2026

01Who we are

This policy is issued by TIMACE of Sweden AB (a Swedish limited company (aktiebolag), organisationsnummer 559336-5496), registered at Lollandsgatan 5, 164 43 Kista, Sweden (“Cybermonck”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

Questions about this policy or your data go to [email protected].

02What we collect

We only collect what a specific interaction actually requires:

  • Contact form— name, email address, project type and whatever you write in the message field, submitted through the “Start a Project” form.
  • Booking a call— if you use the “Book Meeting” widget, Calendly collects your name, email and the meeting details you provide, under Calendly's own privacy policy. That widget only loads once you've allowed it in the cookie banner — see our Cookie Policy.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this policy — and the cookie banner — will be updated first.

03Why we process it, and on what basis

  • Responding to enquiries — contact form and email data, to answer you and, if it goes ahead, prepare and deliver a project. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Scheduling a call— loading the Calendly widget and the booking itself. Legal basis: your consent to the widget's cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)), and performing the meeting you booked (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Keeping the site secure — technical logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a working, secure site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

04Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. It's shared only with the processors that make the site and our booking flow work:

  • Hosting & database — our infrastructure providers, who store the site and any submissions you send us.
  • Calendly, Inc.— booking and scheduling, only after you've allowed embedded content.
  • Google LLC (YouTube)— video hosting for some showcased work, loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which doesn't set cookies until you press play.

Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA (notably the US). Where that's the case, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under GDPR Chapter V (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We recommend confirming each provider's current data-processing terms before relying on this section as final.

05How long we keep it

Contact form and enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, typically no more than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a project goes ahead. If it does, records tied to an agreement or invoice are kept for as long as Swedish accounting law (Bokföringslagen) requires — currently seven years from the end of the relevant financial year.

We delete or anonymise data once none of these reasons still apply.

06Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to:

  • give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct it, if it's inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete it, where there's no lawful reason for us to keep it;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • give you a portable copy of data you provided to us; and
  • withdraw consent at any time, for anything based on consent (e.g. the Calendly widget) — this won't affect processing before the withdrawal.

Contact [email protected] to use any of these. If you think we've got it wrong, you can also complain to the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

07Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are covered separately in our Cookie Policy, including what's set, by whom, and how to change your mind.

08Children

This site and our services are directed at businesses and individuals old enough to enter into a commercial agreement. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

09Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if what we collect or why changes, and update the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will also be reflected in the cookie banner where relevant.

Let's capture
something real.

Tell us about the moment worth documenting. We'll handle the rest.
